Good job with the guide, I found it very useful. However, I would suggest to talk a bit more about Battle Points, as they can also be used to increase culture level. You only mentioned BP in the BP village section as a means of upgrading these villages.
Also, Offensive City Specialization would be a nice addition.
Keep up good work.
