Pnp Stealing our signs

From the street, potatoville looks like a normal farming city.

1c-1.jpg

But a look on the inside shows a different story on the attempt to mass produce the signs

01a-2-1.jpg

Seems I have spies trying to locate signs that have already been promised out

aqz-1-2-1-1.jpg

Angered they dont find any signs in their spying they attack in hopes of looting some signs. But all they get is a lolipop

bb-5-1-1-1.jpg

With the loss of the lolipop, the tantrums start

bb-5-1-1-1-1.jpg

So it is easy to make the people worried about the current leadership while the children are upset about the lolipops

bb-5-1-1-2-1.jpg

But the leaders ensure the people the signs are safe

1h-4-1.jpg

So they move to try to steal signs from my Anti-Ghost society co-manager while he is out expanding our business

1bb-3-1.jpg

With the ghosts tormenting them they are desperate to get some signs, they forget to send escorts

1bb-1.jpg

But Berserxes's people send a messanger to let him know what is happening while he is out on business

0001a-2-1.jpg

Berserxes couldnt believe the news of the feeble attempt to take his signs. The scuffle didnt even leave a scratch :D

00aaa-9-1-1-2-1-1.jpg

Berserxes goes to check on his signs and finds they slept peacefully through the whole thing :p

Funny hilop. Who sends 3 LS with a CS? I mean I know it's the beginning of a world still but surely if you were attacking an alliance like R4GE you would wait until you had a decent army.

funny, our count from R4GE is what? 3 or 4 CS attempts failed?
I believe that is it so far.
So the battles being waged are a give and take, and although PnP's are fun to read, they are surely slanted to the view of the writer, and the writer alone.

Which in affect means 1 CS attempt failed by The Rim Jobs and multiple CS attempts failed by R4GE.

Then you all should do a pnp as well.

Glad to see you are happy with only 1 attempted cs on us, and defending against 3 or 4. Shows which alliance is the aggressive one out of the 2:)

Smacky has been inactive for several days now, and yes, you can CS his city, not an issue for us. He had some RL issues to deal with.

I've had two failed CS attempts on Rim cities. On both occasions I've told people not to help and focus on getting to conquest themselves. The fact that you need what would appear to be support from almost all Rim members must worry you. Also, what kind of person builds pegasi this early on in a speed 1 world?

Edit: I thought I should also share the fact you have yet to sink my CS.

Well, to be fair, yes, other members did support, 3 to be exact ;)

As for not sinking the CS, many of us have never believed in BR stacking, as we've seen BR's overwhelmed time and again, ground troop defense is always where it's been at.

And yes, I openly admit, you do tend to go it alone, outside of Darq, myself, Stribor and a couple others, we are firm believers in that as well.

I won't say you guys aren't doing well, you are, but I don't see you guys taking our active members is all.
and I noticed some suggesting in another thread Rims disbanding, ain't gonna happen, we've played together before.
RL forced many of our friends to leave Gythium unfortunately, so out of the 25 to 30 that were over there, 10 or so of us felt it best to move on to another world instead of taking all of those internals. Sad actually.

But we do enjoy the battles, and that is the most important thing, put aside all the fun trash talk, you guys have a decent alliance, in so far as the members we have encountered, my hats off to ya, all we hope to do is enjoy the game and have fun battling ya'll, and yea, a little trash talk always keeps the competitive spirit going. :)

Excellent information. Thank you for sharing.

We can talk about taking active members and having a real war when more of us on both sides have Revolt tech, and we can actually have a war. As for your condescending "I won't say you guys aren't doing well" kinda comments...I'll address that below.

Decent alliance? We have a decent alliance? I think that's an understatement. We're going to wipe the proverbial floor with your butts. You're going to be so bum busted...you won't know what hit you. For you to play one world and then come here and try to condescend to us is...well...it's just laughable. Your timing is fairly good, but your attacks are weak and demonstrate a clear lack of understanding of how to defeat an active opponent. Read some guides and learn how to play before it's too late. Or...as dai suggested...disband now before you embarrass yourselves any further.

EDIT: Morganty's record of conquering ghosts, friends, and the un-allied on Gythium. If this is indicative of the kind of player populating the Rim Jobs, then you really are just fish food.

No comment was condescending, that's your imagination at work. The "opinions" stated are just that.

As for my record on Gythium, I need not explain any, I was never CS'd while active on Gyth, period. And many of my alliance mates will tell you, they grew substantially due to me, as well securing area's specifically with internals due to various reasons.

I was also Slesh70 in the past, and was forced to leave the game due to overseas obligations.
And I had a pair of accounts prior to that as well, dating back 2+ years now.

As for the excellent information I shared, I nearly sent my 7/7 through my nostrails, I've you haven't been told by your alliance mates who are attacking what we are defending with by now, that's an internal problem on your part mate, not ours.

As for wiping our butts, it's always good to have a competitive spirit in any game, this one is no different and we enjoy the challenge.

Ewww...that's an old lady drink! I didn't know my Grandma played Grepolis! I don't need you to tell me what you're defending with. I just find it funny that you'd openly post about a disdain for Biremes.

You are correct, however, that you don't need to defend your record. It speaks for itself, and kinda screams n00b. Try looking in the mirror when you tell yourself you're a winner. Maybe you'll get convincing enough that we'll actually believe you.

You were never CS'd in Gythium because of all the cities you took there, more than half of them were from owners without an alliance, ghosted or internal.
We were just laughing at your grepostats before, let's not do that again.
