Farming villages

Hello everybody,

I've been searching for a while now and I just can't find it.

I've reached my farming cap on all of my villages. How does it work, does this reset at a new day, or X hours after it reaches the max cap?

If anybody could answer my question that would be awesome

So there is no way of knowing?
Does it have something to do with the time you conquered the city?
