What is it's starting time.

World - Bassae Player - MarathaArmy Still I am facing travel time errors while attacking if it shows 1hour but when attack launch the time minus by 10% 1 hour shown time = 54 minutes actual time. This happen with some cities

Name - MarathaArmy World - Bassae Bug - troop traveling time error Description - Whenever I sent attack or support my travel time show only 5 minutes for each movement.But actually it takes more time. So that I can't send any timed attack or support. Also shows version 2.226

Is the recepie are same for all players in one world or different.
