Happiness stopped working after this last update

How wrong are these settings, I'm in revolt and my city can still be taken by the player because I'm in his 20%, yet I Can't fight back because he's over of my 20%

Most of the cities available are on farmless islands, all the other protected. The games stagnant, lot's of players leaving.

W v A For Warlords, it's a bit like sitting for your exams with someone telling you all the answers, difficult not to pass! :rolleyes:

We will try, but what will you do when WW starts? Both you and Warlords can't win together, can RL play on their own?

If you're referring to The Assassins, I think you over estimate your importance in this game, we attack purely to dominate an ocean not individual players
