Proposal:
For the Mobile App to utilize a 24 hour Clock, instead of the 12 hour Clock.

This idea has been proposed[ and Passed ] before here.
However, it has been Two Years and I wish to bring it up again in light of the recent changes to being done to Conquest Live Reports on the Mobile App.
With the Ability to now post Live Reports on Mobile, the 24 Hour Clock should also be implemented, to remain consistent with the Browser Version.
This change will allow for players to reach a higher level of teamwork and coordination, specifically in regard to Mobile Players.
Balance/Abuse Prevention:

Have you Checked the DNS and PSI lists in the Archives? Is this idea similar to one that has been previously suggested?
*Given the Passing of the Two Year Anniversary since this idea's proposal, and recent changes, I thought the idea should be given a second look, despite the fact that Passed Ideas are included in the DNS
