I think it would be a great idea to have a tab, maybe within the senate, where you can create your own personal build notes and goals, so as not to confuse yourself with the genius plan you had for each city before falling asleep, only to squander your resources at first light on other things, and only too late to remember what you had planned. Call it city council or city planner or something clever.
