Alliance cap literally does not matter so long as you are allowed to share forums and pact with other alliances and things of that nature. Lets have a world with no shared forums or pacts with a small alliance cap. Not sure how possible that is though.

No I am not in a good alliance. Everyone I play with is very very bad at the game. I wish I could get into a good alliance. Being ranked in the top 250 of the world you would think I could get in a good alliance. But they only want people with higher city points than battle points in the top...

I suppose I must quit then. If you are in any world I am in there will be plenty of big ghosts to take very soon. ;)
