If so, do I have to send in an application? Can't you ask Curly of NmE to send you my 1,000 word application for NmE that took me 15minutes to type up? ;) Hehe.

Im not going to mass-recruit and mail everyone, you can do that :p i just accept certain aplications and reject others...
