Proposal:
Add option to switch off the confirmation prompt:
By default, the setting will be on (like it is now).
Reason:
In CQ back-sniping an ally needs an extra click which slows things down. Makes a big difference for the number of snipe attempts you can get down for good times. The confirmation prompt normally won't appear if you select 'Yes' and try to attack again from the same city, so you can get around it by launching/withdrawing before the time comes. However, if you're using the attack planner to instantly get the right units for the attack up, then the prompt will show up again even after a cancel (probably because it reselects the city).
There are ways you can 'get around this' - eg. temporarily leave the alliance/have the sieged player temporarily leave, etc, but these are just arduous workarounds.
Visual Aids:
The option will be added to this menu in settings.
Balance: No abuse/is balanced. To people who aren't concerned with this, it doesn't make a difference as it is an option.
