Pending Alliance forum doesn't display correctly on Andoid

Device: Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android version 4.3
Overview of the bug: Alliance forum does not display correctly. Home page is fine but once you click on any of the categories the list of threads do not display correctly. When you click on a thread, there is no problem with the display. The problem is only viewing any of alliance forum category pages. Can email screenshot if requested.

Home page is fine but once you click on any of the categories the list of threads do not display correctly. When you click on a thread, there is no problem with the display. The problem is only viewing any of alliance forum category pages. Can email screenshot if requested.

Portions of the display (when viewing threads) scroll at a different rate than others. This is one of the things that has never worked right (for me) on the android app.
