So lately I have been missing conquest and started on this world in O74. I want to create an alliance but can't seem to find any players so I've deiced to bring this to the externals. Anyone wanting to join an alliance all you go to do is be located in O74!

Thanks jono, I would have but the power of the random placement is greater than my own lol.
