Alliances Near Ocean 66

I am a new member so I am not planning on joining an alliance right away, but I was wondering if there were any alliances in oceans near 66. There don't seem to be very many experienced players in O 66, so I thought I'd look maybe an ocean or two over. Is that a bad idea? How long is the travel time usually between oceans? Any advice is appreciated :)

strictly speaking you should'nt join an alliance in another ocean, unless of course you are on the border between oceans, this is because of the distance that support etc would have to travel to get to you

I figured that was the case; any idea what the average travel time is across oceans?

You could join ProRebels, they operate in oceans 66, 56 and 65. Send a message to D Shizzle asking for an invitation.
