OOOFT this is a tricky one for me to judge.. but let's give it ago...

Pact: This was a tough call but I'd go with The Branch, no real reason could have picked Foo Fighters here also

Disband: APPOLYON - No other reason than the lowest average and the most members... and let's not mention the CAP ATTACK!

War: Foo Fighters, nothing personal against these guys, they have shot up the rankings recently, they seem to have recruited well and I'm sure a war with them would be good fun, I have nothing personal against the however and have had no correspondence with them in game.

Let's go from the small to the Massive (and at times ridiculous)!!

Phalanx Power... who?? Where did these guys appear from? (Love how the requirements states must be a 10,000 point player yet maybe only of a quarter of their members actually meet that criteria... *FACEPALM*)

The Saints - Disband. Dont really want to attack them, and youd only pact with them if you want to be TS's
hero nation - Attack - Look strong, but any alliance that likes to say how they are "experienced players" makes them a target
lions pride - Too far away to care about, Pact just for the sake of it.

Antigonan gaurd - Pact: Not the strongest, look like an MRA but pretty much all active and slowly building up their cities. Good friendly bunch of leaders. But then I would say that. ;)
lions pride - War: An MRA in every sense, get their kicks from hitting earthquake spells on cities with level 3 wall prior to invading with swordsmen.
the raiders - Disband: Good top end, but dont seem to be going anywhere except down at the moment. Time for them to move on.
