We will consider an NAP if the following conditions are met.
You give us 15 cities of our choosing.
You kick out all ex cleopatra and juggernauts in your alliance.
You personally mail every member of Dirty South a Beg for mercy message.
Lessons to be learned here in the Dirty South training College
1. Academies are worthless
2. Dont ask us for an Nap if your easily insulted
3. Well i run out of idea's so just dont go to war with DS your life will be sooooo much easier

It would seem all is not well in the Rim , The Lords dont have a grasp of their own alliance/ alliances if you count RoO this mass mail was sent by by Dirty south
Just to let you know Dirty South cares about you all even if your leaders dont.
They would rather send LS to an inactive than break a siege on one of your cities not really setting a good example for you all leaders should lead from the front not use you all as cannon fodder.

The world is full if moral grey areas, including what is appropriate mass communication.
I for one saw the communication as a pretty transparent combo insult/propaganda, to be seen in that light. As an attempt at intimidation targeting the small and weaker players, it is not my preferred way to play, but certainly consistent with the ethics and style DS has shown in other communications.
As the responses indicate, I think ROO and LOTR members are a diverse group, with diverse views. They are also feeling clearly empowered to express critical views of leadership, without fear of the messages being used against them for 'retribution', by DSs own version. People feel free to criticize leaders in an open system, including myself. I have seen this consistently, LOTR is not a dictatorship by leaders, that i see, by any means. And yes, sometimes leadership chooses to not break sieges.
