Any Alliances Ocean 44?

Well ok i am new to be honest, but i am rather active and am able to keep tabs on what my city is doing and all that. and also trying to expand as fast as possible ^_^

just woundering what alliances there are in/around ocean 44, atleast is viable support range

Permanent Ban, we are dominant in O44 and O45 and fighting for O55, dont know if our recruiters will let you in though.

Ye i guessed that much so i havent bothered with Perma ban.
