I don't 100% know the status of the ZT cities you both took though I can take a few guesses.

I'll be honest with those ZT conquests:
Dreiwellens was inactive, neily1 was active, *Chariot* was active, adamesi was inactive and King Kieran 2nd was active.

Oh and just to update, tartanblue was most definitely active......
