May i ask why does event's never have rewards for artemis , pretty much every server has artemis included, so why are the spell rewards based on gods not apply for artemis , i don't see any griffin or caledonian bear reinforcements, are there any reasons for this ?

Go to the grepolis login screen (The point where you click a world name). You should see links to forum, support, wiki, rules, team, hall of fame, and devblog (It is hard for me to add links on mobile).
