It saves the noobs time. If -spyder- hadn't disbanded the alliance, (or kicked members, etc) they would have kept giving out founders rights. Maybe another month would have gone by, and an alliance would have had someone who was in the inside with rights, who was able to do the same thing -spyder- did. So by doing this early, -Spyder- taught the leaders to stop their nooby ways While it is considered rather harsh, it was more effective than any number of guides.
