Discussion Athena's patroness spell and Zeus's divine sign spell

I think it makes no sense that you can get 5 Land units from Athena's Patroness spell for only 10 favor more than Zeus's divine sign. Lets say you get 4 hoplites and one archer from Athens's patroness spell, That is far better than one Chariot. Why does it only cost 10 more favor? I would expect Athens's patroness spell to cost way more!

I would prefer a chariot to a mix of O and D troops. It is very good for starting conquering farms when you first move in though.

But two hoplites, and two archers far outweighs 1 chariot.

What Sirloin is saying is if say you wanted to attack her city would you rather do it with two chariots or two swords and archers... at least, somewhere along those lines(?).

If you want to attack, you wouldn't attack with two archers.
You never know what you're going to get.

If you want to send units to help someone else, i'd rather send a load of chariots using Zeus' spell than potentially giving them 5 slingers from Athena.

The spells are balanced, each with their own benefits.
