What if they are located in No oceans??? Lol You should re-think your post.

That is the only requirement to join Atlantic Warriors? Just have to be located in an ocean?

Ok, I'm giving my honest opinion on Atlantic warriors. I have enemied, allied, and joined them and they are a disgrace to theta. The only alliance that was worse was THE GOLDEN KNIGHTS. So don't join them...
