Attack sound

When i get attacked i get this attack alarm which is very annoying. I turned off all my sound options http://prntscr.com/8ruppd and it still goes on and never stops. i tried to log off and relog but i still get same issue.

Any help?

Since there is no Attack Alarm in the Game normally, i would guess you have the GRC Script installed, which comes with an attack alarm:

If this is the case, you should see the "thing" here, when being attacked:

Just click on the little "X" and he should be mutet.

If you do not have the GRC Script installed, i have no further ideas!
