Pending Attacks in the administrator's city list

In the "cities" overview, there are two columns labelled with a sword icon, one says "Attacks led by you", the other says "Attacks on your city!" What are they supposed to indicate?

I have ongoing attacks and there's always 0 in the first column. I received some attacks and never saw anything but 0 in the second column. Are they only for sieges or what?

I am having trouble loacting the 'overview' page you are referring to...

Are you taking about the administrator attack overview?

EDIT- Found it. And i think it must be a bug as i sent an attack, checked the city list and as you say, it said 0 attacks led by me.
