Auto updating maps & Grepostats

Just 2 quick questions.

I notice none of the 2.0 worlds have auto updating maps, is there a reason? They are really good and 2.0 should have this feature at disposal.

Also, when do Grepostats for Psi become available?

This doesn't work as it says Indomitable Gauls are all crowded onto one island though i suppose it shows how ocean borders don't matter
