Battle of Troy, Reinforcements stopped

Hello, Just a couple of hours before the battle of troy ended, I gained some reinforcements and activated them on my cities. Although the icons are there and clock is going, my cities are not receiving the reinforcements.

Do you have enough free population in the cities for the reinforcements?

Yes I do. My other alliance members are experiencing the same problem and sharing it in our internal alliance forum

Yep. Definitely a glitch. Didn't get my 120 slingers or 24 harpies. Had plenty of pop space. Double BP worked and so did horsemen but I'd like to have those slingers and harpies, and I damn for sure want all the other myths/prizes I have stored. Please help. Thanks.

You're better off sending in support tickets, its rare anybody gets a response from anybody that can do anything about it on here.

Never done that. What do I do?

Update: I did end up getting some harpies and slingers now, but not what I should have.

Edit: Figured out how to send in a support ticket. Thanks for recommending. Will post here if it's fixed.

Sent the ticket. Didn't get a response but the problem got fixed.
