Why would you build a city over 10k? It takes up valuable farm spaces. Points don't kill people, troops do. Building all your cities to 13,716 is a huge noob move.

All of ThaUnit's cities seem to be around the same size as all of yours...
He means to just take them at over 10k so that you don't have to build it up.
