Buff DLU during events

i think dlus should have a defense boost during events to make this game a little more fair cause it be boring when scrubs can gold fliers out the azz and break sieges

Tbh fliers got a -10% though. If they buffed dlu by 10% that would make sense but then again the whole point of these events is that inno makes money. and people like it when their fliers give them 10k bp (if you are using the double bp buff) per hit on a non walled city.
