Not a Bug Built CS not able to launch

I built a CS to take a city about a week or two ago. Now I want to take a city yet when I attack it says I have no CS to launch.

That is the image. I tried to attack yet it is saying I have no CS to send but I have one CS in storage.

First thing I would do is refresh, then if that does not work do the basic maintenance - clear your cache etc. If that still does not clear up the issue, contact Support as they will need to investigate it.

I checked my academy. It says CS is not researched but yet I built one there?

is it your CS as opposed to someone else's that is parked in your harbour?

thanks. Sry. Stupid mistake. I thought it might have been because I had just captured it then I built a CS. Must have been the wrong city.
