I can log in just fine, and navigate between city view, island view, etc., but when I try to open a building or the quest menu, etc., it doesn't work. When I try to open a building, the sound works, but the window doesn't.
Initially you should clear the cache and cookies on your computer/tablet/smartphone and do a full reboot...if when you have done that you still experience issues, you would need to send a ticket to the in-game mods explaining the problem and telling them that you have done the cache/cookies as that will be their first suggestion to try
