Not a Bug Can not sell resources for gold

Hi, I can not sell resources for gold as of 1 week now...is it a bug or have I done something wrong? the gold button on the trade is blanked out...please help me resolve this issue, Thanks

Make sure you've sent in a ticket ingame as that is the fastest and best way for us to see what the problem is. That said normally this is browser problem. Try clearing your cache and looking to see if you can trade for gold. Also look at trying another browser to see if it works there. More often than not it's a cache issue or a browser issue which we cannot fix and is something that must be done on the player's end.

Also if the gold has been recently purchased the will be a temporary embargo on the gold trades. This is standard for most gold purchases to ensure fairness and prevent fraud.
