Cannot assign hero to a newly-conquered city

Hey there-

I conquered a city and now cannot assign a hero (tried refreshing, on both mobile and PC). It just says "1 hero is already assigned to this town".

I've still got this issue, a day later (and after the update). Has anyone looked into this?

Can you send in a ticket so we can check your account to see why the hero might be stuck?
