Cant login on app

Ive been trying for a few days to login on the app it will let me connect if i am using wifi but when i use mobile data it will not allow me to login is this a bug and how could i fix this
I am using the huawei p10 lite on android 8.0

You should make sure that you are trying to log into the right server. A lot of times when you are using data the app will default to your countries server. In the upper right hand corner of the login screen please make sure the UK flag is selected.
