For all worlds opening after Byzantium, there will no longer be a General Discussion sub-forum opened. Instead, we would like to encourage the players in those worlds to submit ideas for a possible sub-forum which will hold the World Milestone threads, newspapers, POTMs, and content specific threads.
When we first opened the General Discussion sub-forums, we were unsure of what to have them used for. They have since become another place for various OT threads that should really be kept to the OT section of the Forums.
Also, these sections will have all threads moderated so that we can control the amount of spam that may be created.
