Err don't get me wrong but I don't think this one needs 3 hours to make.
Definitely you haven't made the smiley,so you took a transparent bg,put that smiley in took out a simple 24 px soft brush and chose a color from the render and make some dithered pattern.After this you changed the color to black wrote RAWR!,than a lipstick on render,saved it as .png and voila you are done,definitely it must not take more than five minutes.

Also if we consider what spyder has done in those 3 hours than we will find that except few brushings there is nothing there if he hasn't made that smiley render.
