This is true, since most people would be too lazy to do some looking around, they'd want to jump straight in.

In terms of which favours a newer player more, the slower speed is better, but morale being on is also better. I'd say Psi still just tips it for me since it has a day of extra BP.

for a new player i would say chi is better, for players that know what they are doing id say psi has better settings

As a noob I'd pick Chi, the morale makes the learning curve better against seasoned players... as a seasoned player Psi is going to rock...
