Dear all,

Just a few words to clarify a couple of points after reading some of the threads of this external Forum.

1. I read my nick in this Forum...please, I dont want to enter any discussion in this Forum, so I will appreciatte that you do not mention my nick since I am not that important and my alliance is not either, taking in account that we are not in any Top 12 classification.

2. Since I dont want my nick to be mentioned and less, that others put words in my mouth that are not true, I will not do it either, but I cannot avoid to warn all the diplomats that have contacts with some of the big alliances to be aware that they should not trust all what they are told when doing it, even if it sounds really sincere...I leave it there....dont want to enter into details but as someone commented and I completely agree with that comment, this server looks like the same people doing the same things in every World...no room for fresh air and less if they dont have the chance to spend tons of gold....

3. Finally I wanted to share some reports that I rescued from our Forum...as some of you may know, we were getting ready for a war against alliances of our size in teh East, like LOTR, being sure that we would not have a problem with any of the 2 big alliances that surrounded us, so we were not ready for a massive attack from a top ally...suddenly our war, that was suposed to run with us attacking and LOTR defending, turned into Noobies attacking our full offensive core...of course, without any external help, except for one player from a different alliance, we have not resisted too much and started loosing cities, but had a lot of fun realising how gold makes the difference here... Noobies players use so much gold...one of them built 3 CS in a row and sunk all of them one after the other in a ridiculuous way, another one built one city from 3000 to 10500 in less than two days...I have heard that Innogames is willing to give as a medal for making them even more profitable...it is a joke.

Enjoy some of the reports, most of them are from today, we had to turn LS cities into birems and DT but it was not possible to do it on time and now our core is invaded and probably we will not resist too much...but, what the hell!, we have enjoyed doing what we are not used to do...defend....and by the way, some of our rivals honour us including our alliance name in the names of their cities to provoque us, that is something we love to see :p

I agree i don't like golders, heck even some noobies i dont like, like that player "how does it/this work" he is a weird fellow.

But maybe you should've realized that you was and are a smaller alliance, close to 2 very big alliances, so you should've gone more defensive and prepared for a bigger alliance expanding lol it's the way game works, an alliance only gets bigger by taking other alliances cities.

Sir @hardein11 , i believe that i mentioned your alliance in the Top 12 thread as your alliance was in Top 12 at time of me publishing the list.
alongside me mentioning it, i also provided info that i knew about you guys.
Gold or no gold, this did happen and you collaborating with neutral alliance heading in your direction should have been more than fair sign of what is coming your way after CM was finished, so preparations should have been made on your end.

I agree with this but at the same time not completely. Some level of gold has always been needed to survive and have any kind of fun in this game, otherwise you find yourself under continuous attack and never enough offense to take a decent city or player. The level of gold needed to have that fun has definitely gone way up.
At the same time it has always been that new players tend to get pushed around and don't survive their first server and have to try again, it seems the attitude of people has changed over the last 6 years and they aren't as willing to keep trying after failing the first time if they ever even try to play in the first place. I do miss noobs, they are what kept this game fresh and fun and the external forums were full of life. It would be nice to see grepo find a way to bring that culture back.
I was a noob once but it was a good time in the game to be a noob, I don't think I would ever have the time to develop the addiction to this game you need in order to play it with the way the game is now.

I am almost certain that players sending such large CS Escort are sure that defender cant sea storm it due to favor draining or they already baited enemies into casting spells, then recall, and send again :)

besides.. i sent 60 LS escort with CS recently and enemy casted sea storm on it, it killed around 15 ls but did not hit cs :p

True, they better hope that's the case or they're in for a shock when an event that gives out lots of favour boosts comes along haha.

Dear Hardein after initially being somewhat exasperated by your failure to check into me when we first contacted. I do have a great deal of sympathy for your plight .

It is not smart-alecry to say I did try to warn you - but you were not having any of it .

There Is a world of difference between EN and all other servers - you have to raise your game here to just survive.


I am forming a LOTR team to tackle the next serious Conquest world circa March 17 - perhaps next time you will let the old fox help you .

I know LOTR Is next up for the Menu card - but we are a bit ( a bit ) better prepared .

Those TDF that wanted to join me 10 days ago -- Give them a chance buddy let them come to my warm and wise embrace.

Dear General, how candid...you still dont know that I was perfectly aware about the contacts you had with Diego (by the way, one of our leaders and it is interesting that yesterday, after sinking some CS he was offered by one Noobie a place in that alliance...dont worry, I will not say Who was the player Who offered that...) and others that were just small tests we were making to our surrounding alliances. As you should have imagined the core players of Tercios have played for many years together and eventhough we had a desertion this time, that was just a sad exception....Diego almost joined you but we decided this time not to go further...you, publishing that kind of Intel in this forum convinced us that it was not worth to do so.


Regarding to gold. ..I agree that it is necessary...I use it...in fact, yesterday I spent some to build a wall of a city with 5 revolts ..but I had never seen in my 6 years of Grepo experience in 4 different servers one player spending over 10K gold in 1 hour until I arrived to this World.

If I ever happen to encounter that situation in a different server I Would open a ticket...here it seems that the adiction is more powerful than the pocket plus the common Sense...or. ..are there other ways of getting huge amounts of gold legally?

If there were, please tell me and we will go back to the battlefield in equal conditions. . after observing the level of our enemies (just take a look to the reports posted...) I am sure that the fact of being 5 times bigger would not make too difficult to us to recover.

I just didn't care what you knew or didn't know .The main thing was that I knew where the SMYN link up would end and clearly you didn't.

YOU allowed personal dislike for me to override the best interests of your members.

Never the less we have all had our moments of challenge like you face now.

Either come Come Back off Vacation Mode to lead

or

open the shared Tab LOTR HELP TDF so that LOTR can help you salvage something from the mess.

You caused this yourself - accept help with a good grace or forever more be a Busted Flush within the EN server grepo hierarchy.

BTW WE have been fighting actual SMYN players with you snapping at our heels . That is why we surrendered a load of shitty no use citie sin non core areas..

A bit over the top, but that's just my opinion considering a lot of different age groups play the game, as well as people from different backgrounds.
