if there is a possibility to know which players are active (inclusion the one log in 30 day's) for a world be close please.

For grepolis purposes then any player who has logged in in the last 30 days is considered active. There will be some on your ranking list who are in VM or who have not logged in but have not ghosted because they have an advisor active. However most players that are on your list will be counted as active. After 30 days of inactivity they ghost.
