Not a Bug Colonization Spot "This spot is already being used by another player to found a city"

Ok, so i tried to colonize a city 50 hours ago but got a message stating "This spot is already being used by another player to found a city". So im waiting patiently for the enemy player to colonize the city in hopes that i can quickly take it from him without him seeing it coming. But...its been 50 hours and no city yet but i keep getting that same message and i dont understand why, isnt their only 48 hours allowed in a CS tt? Really annoying

Only reasonable explanation is that theirs a longer tt for CS's allowed for colonizing a spot...

Sorry if its not the format yall like, but im getting confused/annoyed and i dont like being confused/annoyed, lol

There is a 24 hour wait after the CS gets there.

Oh, lol im stupid...thanks (i knew that) He must be in their right now

Guess ill be re-loading the grepo page for the next 22 hours
