Imo the best idea would be keeping the speed in a normal range. 6 is more of a niche community. There'd also probably need to be some kind of reward for placing well in the server that translated back to your preferred server. Otherwise you'd just end up with a new server that didn't fill up.

being able to drop on a 6/6, you as a player need to take too many things into consideration. I do however like the idea of a special 'international' server but tbh, i still feel like it'll just be a swarming of En teams regardless.
