Points: 7/10 I would say for where you are at your points should be alot higher... Not saying points is what makes a good city but just from looks wise
Location: 5/10 Seems there is alot of mixed alliances in your area so kinda tough to say you have a good posision.
BP: 7/10 ABP=364 points DBP= 111 points I would say this is pretty decent enough for a culture point is good for this early in the game.
Alliance: 8/10 I would say the alliance is pretty legit top player in ur alliance with 6 cities so tough to live up to.
