i have a cultural level bug .. i have 2800 battle point and cultural lvl 3 .. 8/9 .. on world nysa ai have same . cultural level is 4 .. 9/18.. what hapens ?

If you really are at 2800 battle points and have ran all victory processions then you should have 9 Cultural Points which should adjust you to a Culture level of 4 ( 9/18 ). Please make sure you have ran all processions, if you have and are still at 8/9 then I would urge you to open a ticket through support so that we may look into this further.
