Hello fellow grepolis players,
I am making this thread today for a few different reasons. First, I would like to build a better and stronger community by creating a more just and active support team. I have been treated unfairly and unjustly through the customer support process. My thoughts and concerns were constantly being deleted right away and even the threads I made. The reason being each one had violate some term on the forum rules. I have read all of the forums rules and this post abides by it. Unfortunately, I have to leave out my whole experience because it breaks some of the forum rules of context. If anyone has been treated unfairly or had issues with payments, please message me so we can create a better community.
