I do not want to Ghost nor I want to be with Ghosters
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

The free communication of ideas and opinions is one of the most precious of the rights of people. Every player should, accordingly, speak, write, and print with freedom.
That to secure these rights, Alliances are instituted among players, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Alliance becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the Players to alter or to abolish it, or abandom them and to institute new Alliances or join new Alliances, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety, Happiness, and rights to self expression.
We, therefore, the Representatives of the cities of FutbolTango, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world of Carystus for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these cities, solemnly publish and declare, That these united cities are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent cities that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to Nocturnos, and that all political connection between them and the Nocturnos is and ought to be totally dissolved.
Our cities will not become Ghost Towns on the command of a Tyrant, nor do we condone such practices. As they constitute a grave assault onto the sanctity of our beloved and revered Grepolis Game.
