When you tooke city, how does they look, good or disaster? :eek:
I tooke that city from PHOENIX REBORN player called ANGELR, well mostly all of his cities are disater, academy isnt that bad, but still

Seen worse. Some old MISFITS cities had level 20 resources, oracle and library with only level 30 farm and maxed the rest.

or city 3k points, academy lvl 4, silver mine lvl 30

i guess he didint like school
