I don't think it was NR that overwhelmed aster, IT WAS HIS JOB. He was online for 5 min. I didn't brag about taking Godsil cities from NR, it's basically the same thing.

Godsil was red when you took his cities, aster was online when the revolts were launched, it's a bit different I'd say. Regardless of the fact that we were taking aster cities for like 24 hours after the initial revolts landed, and he went into VM shortly after

I think he went into VM because he realized he didn't have the time to play because of his job- from what I understand he was working 12+ hour days.....
You guys got lucky with your timing, got a bunch of cities from someone who wasn't around and working- nothing wrong with that. We all try to catch people while they're sleeping or when we know they're regularly off line. It makes things easier for obvious reasons! Just saying that isn't the same as taking cities from someone who is on line actively defending.
We didn't say our Op was better- is like comparing apples and oranges. Just saying we had to work harder for those cities because they were being actively defended. If you can show me a city NR has taken where they burned through 5k bir walls to take them, I'll retract
Admittedly, not the most efficient way to take a city- a not something I'd like to do on a regular basis either.....

I agree with Mal on the KA situation. It's either merge or you are screwed in a way. Your best hope of salvation was forming a pact with TNE when MI fell apart and both TNE and KA hit NR. Hasn't happened and won't happen but I think that would have produced a far more balanced and fun world for everyone, and would have given you an edge.
It's like you are all giving us a sales pitch trying to justify why you are all hitting us.
Shimer (Kurtis, not sure which nowadays), Nutricious and a few KA others gaining 100k+ DBP from an Op on GP (By TNE) yesterday is ridiculous considering you are still playing the "they aren't really close to us, most our players are in VC mode, and CS would take too long", excuse that you seem to be throwing around on here. Grow some and just hit them or don't pretend you would haha.
It seems that when we are hitting someone else you are so hungry for it you jump at the opportunity like vulchers after something that wasn't your in the first place. Admit you have a pact that you are a little scared of us and lets move on.

Eam.. Our correspondence with GP has been via 2plus2. That is where we make judgement of GP.
i don't know if you realize but KA has about 33 active members, of which about 20 plus are based mostly south or west. It's about 10-15 members who really fight TNE. KA did support GP but me getting 100k DBP is nonsense. Wish your words were true but my support reached late as i wasn't online when word for support was sent.
Also, KA and NR have been allies since KA reformed, which is 11 months i think. We were fighting MI and then they merge with you, which ultimately brought you closer to us. The war was inevitable. I don't regret it as its been good for both of us.
Dodge, GP are good enough on their own. When they need help we provide it to them.
Like Sable said, rarely do KA or NR need each others help. When we do, we help each other or else we continue to work on our own. The help is necessitated only when we have a few top players in vm.

You do realize that only a small portion of TNE is located near KA and GP right? Majority of our members are in the SW 2 - 3 oceans away. You make your comment like only 10-15 people are fighting the whole of TNE, when the majority of TNE isn't anywhere near that front line to participate....your argument works both ways on both sides. Can't use it for your side, then ignore it when it pertains to TNE.
And he wasn't saying that you alone got 100k DBP- he said your alliance did as a whole, from the Op, and then named some specific names. And while it wasn't quite 100K DBP KA got from the Op, 70k is rather close....so clearly KA provided the 5k bir walls we were hitting. With the number of 5k bir walls there were, basic math says GP doesn't have enough cities to have the pop space to build that many bir on their own.....

I got plenty in O43 and quite a few in O34 & O44), which makes it more difficult to take a city of you. TNE have more cities and players in O53 than all of NR, KA, KK & GP have combined. We don't co-ordiante our attacks like an alliance would do. All we do is provide defense. Not fair when half of TNE go after a few in GP. Same way as you term it, not fair that 3 alliances take on TNE.
We share a common threat so we support each other when there is a request for it.
What seems clear from all the discussion is for TNE to convince either of us to turn on each other, which would make the path clear for TNE to dominate.

Nice try though saying you weren't supporting GP. Did you honestly think we'd buy it or too stupid to know how to read the stats?
And I don't think anyone said anything about you bragging or insulting anyone- we're just stating facts, and you're just making stuff up is all....

Oh and 10 - 15 people participating in an Op is not half of TNE.....maybe you're not lying and basic math is just beyond your abilities?

I thought that was rather obvious- if given the choice between NR dominating as is the path we are on now, or TNE dominating of course I'd chose TNE. But my true preference would be for GP and KA to team up with each other in a 3 way war against TNE and NR- all of us fighting each other, no pacts or allies. The world needs 3 alliances for the WW's so the world consolidating down to 2 alliances is not in anyone's best interest, it would stop the WW's.

i don't think you understood. yes we did support and we would continue to do so, but most of the support was from GP themselves. Well facts are for everyone to see. The issue in the thread was that 3 alliances are fighting against 1, which according to a few memebrs wasn't fair. TNe brought it on themself. On one hand you want to dominate the world, consume alliances and then talk about a fair fight. Like the saying goes, "All is fair in Love and War".
Ya well, i'm not really good at math. I'd be glad to learn if TNE or maybe Mal were to teach me.

The love and war comment coming from both of you is very pertinent, and in a way KA and TNE couldn't be more in the same boat when it comes down to it on this. The only difference is that KA is doing all the love making and TNE is doing all the war making

I have to say, I agree with whoever said TNE should train the TR members. Currently all TR does is provide easy cities for us in NR to pick up. If you guys want to put pressure on us, you should educate one of our enemies on how to play the game. Currently their trend seems to be all about sending attacks of over 100 transports without any LS escorts. So yeah, they probably need to learn.

Ummm.... How about this, does anyone else consider TR to be an MRI nowadays? Because I do. I got bored today and revolted a dozen cities by about 4 different players and only one of them reacted at all. I don't even think the others have been online, oh well decent BP's (3 CS's in the 12 cities!)

I'll have to see if I can pick up an internal out east somewhere it is legitimately difficult to get enough BPs where I am for city slots, I refuse to go simming mode.
