Been trying via CS for a month to resolve this and getting no where, so trying here.
Have been trying to buy gold via the Easypay system, every time I try it make the attempt for 5-6 seconds and then comes back as declined. I have contacted my bank repeatedly about this, they do a search, and it shows no request has been declined. Heck! They are claiming they never even attempted to contact them to make the withdrawal. Clearly there is a problem with your EasyPay servers and contacting my bank. What can be done to resolve this? I have to wonder how many others are getting this same problem? This is money lost to the game because I can't complete the transactions after all.
