I would, if there is a setting to turn this off in. I mean, when you are making tons of parades and celebrations, I wouldn't want 20+ notifications. I would actually like it if the notifications stack!
NEW IDEA! Anyone wanna make a format for it in a new tab? I'm not bothered. I would be great if the notifications like this could stack, perhaps the building reports could stack per city or city group, and the attacks could stack per attacked city or in any setting which can be changed in settings?
