Reminds me of an education minister who said that it was not acceptable that nearly half of children were below average at reading.

Made me ashamed of my country.

This is pretty comprihensive, however ......

What if i where to be married to someone who is pacted with an enemy but am not in the same allaince as them would i be considered an enemy ?

Also what if you recruit someone as my attack is about to land and i accidently farm him whilst he is a memeber?

clause if they were permitted to be active only 5 days a week. I know some buildings take awhile, but not that long. :)
