Fair Competition

I would like to see a competition similar the Grepolympia where everyone is equal. Every time I have seen an event it is heavily weighted toward gold users. I would like to see a competition that can't be bought. I play a lot but I can't afford gold so I'm locked out at the beginning from competition that can be bought. I'm sure that there would be enough participation if you got rid of the gold element!

In that same idea, I'd love to play in a world where no gold can be used. I'd be willing to pay for it, as long as everybody in pays the same amount and no one has any advantages whatsoever. I wonder how much they'd have to make it cost in order to earn as much as in a regular world.
