I believe that's common knowledge. The reason is it's still too new. Delos was the same way at first iirc. It will probably be added at some later date unless the programmers are getting fed up with adding a new world every month.

Victim Finder was not working for this world when i tried it the other day also, im guessing worlds are not that critical to be set up to these sites until we hit conquest phase. Im sure in due time it will be updated, until then we really dont need them, but knowing where the ghost cities are to farm would be nice.
